A. All information is channelled directly from source, Susan uses her gifts which is referred as psychic, intuition, inner knowing to pass on the information at the time.
Q. What is your cancellation police?
A. Susan requires 24hrs notice for all cancellations, SMS are sent to remind people. Please notify Susan and another appointment will be made.
Q. How much is an appointment?
A. Susan offers 30min readings in-person, telephone and zoom appointment for $80. Susan also offers 60min readings/healings in-person, telephone and by zoom for $160.
Q. Will I be charged if the appointment goes overtime?
A. No, Susan will be conscious of time and do her best to keep to schedule.
Q. Are appointment by phone/Zoom call as effective as in-person reading?
A. Yes, they are just as effective as an in-person appointment.

A. Unfortunately, recording of appointments is not permitted but you are welcome to take notes if you wish.
